                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 
                   002 (FINAL), CONTRACT NO. S-1-91, RIVERFRONT 
                   PARKWAY ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS, WITH RIVERBEND 
                   CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, WHICH WILL 
                   INCREASE THE CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF 
                   THIRTY THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN AND 
                   28/100 DOLLARS ($30,113.28), FOR A TOTAL 
                   CONTRACT AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED NINETY 
                   THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT AND 
                   16/100 DOLLARS ($390,948.16).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
       Change Order No. 002 (final), Contract No. S-1-91, Riverfront 
       Parkway Roadway Improvements, with Riverbend Construction 
       Corporation, which will increase the contract in the amount of 
       $30,113.28, for a total contract amount of $390,948.16.
